I don't know if it's the same for the PS2 version, but fighting Sword Man on the GCN version of Anniversary Collection is like playing on Easy Mode due to all the slowdown when he does the spinning fire slash. Also, fuck the first half of this stage. What a joyless chore.

Least annoying voice, yes. but certainly he has the most boring dub voiced as if there was zero emotion or effort at all. So boring that I feel sleepy upon hearing him in this battle I guess the dubbers for both Megaman 8 and X4 recieved low pay for their jobs, That's why they sounded... well... unmotivated and crappy. Anyway, nice video. 90s nostalgia or so.
