Loving this ❤- what kind of paper do you print the Journal cards on Anna? Thick paper of course, but to look old? (still finishing the kit from last month, that's how it is to be a newbie (can only make when my body doesn't have to much pain) - so I'm way behind everyone else. I use cardstock 199 GSM to print out the cards. It's still lightweight but sturdy enough to embellish with eyelet, ribbon, fussy cuts etc without bending or tearing. To get that old look, I learned this from one of their videos... to use a sharp blade like a scissor blade to rough up the card or tag edges. Then ink the edges using distressed oxide ink. I use Vintage Photo and Tea Dye inks by Tim Holtz. I'm a newbie, too. Welcome to our journaling family!
