Honestly my theory on why Skid isn't hypnotized by The Eyes is that his Halloween mask has that thing where there are a bunch of webbed string in front of the eyes, which ends up protecting him, while Pump's mask just has cut-outs for the eyes. Actually, the FNF universe IS loosely connected to the Spooky Month universe, they just don’t share any direct relationships. At 2:25 in Unwanted Guest, a plush or toy version of Boyfriend can be seen in between Skid and Pump on the shelf below the Happy Fellas. Either Boyfriend exists in this universe and he got so popular people started making plushes of him, or he is just a toy in this universe. Skid and Pump may not be closely related to the characters of FNF, but Boyfriend does exist in the Spooky Month universe in some shape or form. Either that or I need to stop overthinking haha funny references in a cartoon about October.

In "The Stars," everyone, when looking at the demon, has green/blue eyes. Also, as shown in, "The Stars," and more so in, "Unwanted Guest," through the mother, it is seen that Skid and his family are completely immune to the effects of demons. He is also the most care free, as, although Pump has seen a demon before, he hasn't been in any real danger as we can just assume that Pump wasn't aware of the dangers of the demon through demonic side effects, as he hasn't been in any other true danger, other than that and bullies. Skid is just oblivious to literally any danger. Edit: To continue on my theory, the mom, who has been in danger before, and has a normal person's reaction to danger, as shown in the 1st spooky month, for some reason dosen't have blue eyes when looking at a demon. This is likely because of the cult, which she might've possibly quit, or her husband taught her how to resist the blue eyes, and with Skid being a decendant from the mother himself, also dosen't get affected by the blue eyes.

I mean, if you look at all of Skid and Pump's visual gags (and i mean like, them popping out of one location and appearing in another one by eating their ice cream, and levitating into that girl's room in 'The Stars') you can tell that they aren't normal kids, there's also the fact that they are incredibly lucky with everything they do and almost always get away with whatever shananigans they are up to with spooky month, you already did mention that Skid wasn't affected by The Eyes, but in 'Unwanted Guest' Pump's eyes turn blue once they return home and face off against Moloch who's possessing Dexter, which probably means that Eyes, while possessing Pump was trying to warn Skid to run and had the idea of making Moloch snap their own neck and kill them, so my theory along with is when the next installment of spooky month arrives there will probably be some battle between the all dolls and against Skid and Pump with Eyes, *So that's gonna be fun.*

My theory: Eyes has two forms, human and Demon. Lila and Eyes met each other and eventually led to the birth of skid, making skid part Eyes. Eyes in his human form then mysteriously left. Distraught, Lila ripped Eyes out of every picture. The cult worships eyes, as he is the eyes of the universe, or the eyes of everything.

Here's my theory: Skid and Pump died and Lila joined/used the cult to bring them back. The reason Skid isn't affected by The Eyes is because, as a skeleton, he has no eyes. I know he has those pinpricks in his sockets like -Sans- Tom from -Undertale- Underpants but that might just be from magic or something. This may be why the clown is so interested in the two of them as they were reanimated in the cult or something like that. I don't think Lila is still an active member of the cult, but she can't escape it anyway. Another thing is that the two of them have some crazy spooky powers that are mostly just used in the beginning of each episode. They can't die, as seen when they're placed in the morgue and they come back to life again. Skid can summon/call Pump without his phone like when Pump literally crawls out of the grave outside Skid's house after he starts screeching.

Lemon was still going bad things when one day he almost got what he wanted, but it turned out wrong and he became lemon demon, fusing with his costume Lila and him never talked since, Lila decided to use one of their weird inventions they had in the cult (like in gravity falls) to erase most of skid and pump's memories of him, all they remember is "spooky month" *_i went somewhat full gravity falls on this but who cares I like that show as well-_*

My theory What if the happy fellas have trackers in them so that way the kidnapper in the white van can go and kidnap them in the nights and then bring them over to the cult so that way they can curse the kid’s soul into the happy fellas. That is (probably) why in the “unwanted guest” episode the guy has a kid in a bag, he was probably going to the house on the hill to curse the kid into the happy fella. Also there are 2 peculiar shining stars that appears on some bits of “the stars” video. They can also be seen in the end of the last 2 videos in the top right of the screen. AND in the minute 5:00 of the stars video those 2 peculiar stars *WINK* after lilia says “The stars? That’s new” it can be seen besides lilia. Maybe something will happen with those 2 stars. Maybe that’s why Eyes said “Always look at the stars”
