Wow I could relate to everything she said! Brown rice, yelow dal, desserts, night person, dinner being the most fav meal, preferring yoga over other forms of exercise, all of it!!! And you can just totally sense that she's not faking any of it (unlike several actresses in this series) Also, learnt a few things like the almond count. Very interesting! She just shows in this video that you can still lead a healthy lifestyle and look so beautiful by eating what you like and working hard, instead of just eating air and looking thin 😛 Loved this video!
