That's nice but I'd like to point out that vegetarianism isn't necessarily the "healthier option" and shouldn't just be followed thinking that it'll improve ur health. And avoiding dairy (especially for vegetarians) will give you serious protein and calcium deficiencies. There's no harm in having low fat milk products so please don't avoid it. Intermittent fasting only works for some people so you should consult the dietician before starting it. Do not make rash decisions and beware of myths 🙏

I don't think so......... she's literally starving herself, skipping breakfast(which is considered very unhealthy according to ayurveda) and avoiding eating after sunset. Plus her food has no nutrients at all neither is she taking nutrient supplements from outside. Plus she says she workout everyday which is a big NO!!! training every day can lead to severe muscle injury,,, one should not workout for more than 5 days a week. and also there is no scientific evidence that eating after sunset causes weight gain or anything. I'm afraid people might follow her routine just because she's a "celebrity" even if it is not sustainable at all.

More like sacrificing her health. Breakfast is the MOST IMPORTANT meal of the day. As our body didnt get any nutrients for 6-9 hrs. Also she is advising to eat before sunset. So if we eat before sunset and skips proper breakfast (with just honey /ghee ) then we will end up with ulcer. It is advisable to have dinner 2 hrs before sleep, as per doctors science.

If she eats the last meal by 7 and skips breakfast and eats lunch at 1 then she is not eating for almost 18 hours out of 24 hours. 😯

She probably has lunch earlier around 11-12. I follow a similar diet but also have some fresh fruit around 9:30.

So supper by 6-7 pm.. before sunset... then she skips breakfast then eats lunch at let’s say 12 pm- 1pm... she starves for approximately 18+ hours out of 24 and eats nothing white.. and works out like a beast. That’s some discipline and starvation.. 🤦🏻♀️

Aap nashta nhiin krtein, ussi ko dieting kehtay hain. Waisay i cannot imagine doing anything without having breakfast. Maybe coz that is my habit or how i was brought up
