Salman Memehood This was nothing compared to how powerful tanks were. I mean you were picking one of the few monster they've created and you were doing 1v3 undertower without giving a shit. Actually ADC are way stronger than past season. Not because they are themself stronger than S7, but because what made them so bad past season was the strength of tanks and tanky builds. I mean when you see a meta where half of the assassins were played with a tanky stuff (Ekoo tank, fizz tank, akali tank..) you can't consider tanky builds not to be strong. And I mean when you were ADC and you had a Garen, Darius, Maokai, Yorick rushing you you were 80% dead if you had not a flash or an escape on your champ spells. With the tanks weaken, the ADC risks less trying to be free DPS because he can shred the tanks with the proper items instead of taking 5min of full DPS to finnally kill him. And in fact, he can shred everything. Sustain? You have on item that cut it. HP? You have 2 items that cut it. Armor? You have 2 items for that.. The only things that is effective against adc actually are assassins, which is their role. And even assassin can have troubles against ADC if they are getting spotted before reaching them and will get deleted before doing anything. There's also heavy burst midlaner that are effective, but once again, what's the point of having burst champion if you can't even burst the champions with the lower HP pool / defenses? And the third things that unbalance that everything are Shielding support, which are the true reason ADC are really strong actually. Shields supports just make assassin useless and ADC terribly strong. But honestly, I find S8 still more balanced than S7/S6 were. At least each role has a role that counters it, instead of a role dominating the rift with a few champ to counter them.

lol that nerdy guy playing katarina shittalking hashinshin after he just literally pressed R and stood there, she will be nerfed next patch this has been confirmed by riot, i also saw redmercy saying that this is a good change since katarina is a lane bully that just spams those daggers without any real counterplay to it, on the top of that she has no mana so shes not getting punished mana wise neither. i play katarina sometimes and i enjoy it, but if i enjoy it im not going to deny the fact that she is a a bit broken at the moment lol. The problem is that she is very binary. When she is not fed or when she is behind, she is a liability to the team because her job is to dive the backline and kill the carries but she would be too squishy to do so, but when she is fed, she can 1 vs 5 the entire enemy team and simply resets over and over again. She is feast and famine, but her early game is easily punishable (due to her crappy ranged waveclear and the fact that she has to go in melee range to kill minions), making her one of the high-risk-high-reward champions.
