I just did an upgrade to 24..THe TITLE MAKER does not work....message reads....NOT INSTALLED ON DEFAULT...I have tried every sort of repair....trying to get HELP...IMPOSSIBLE...I'm about done with Pinnacle....BTW I used 18...20 and 24.....a longtime customer....no response....not able to contact anyone..

I'm trying to use title tool and it won't let me create a text. I also tried using the text button at the bottom and a button pops up saying "Default title wasn't found in the installed content. Title Editor can't be opened" Anyways I can fix that? I got a copy of the software using Humble Bundle.

How do you modify a Shape Layer? In Pinnacle Studio 25 Ultimate, there is now an Orange Outlined Box in the right preview window which cannot be deleted and is covering all the other screen elements. Thus I cannot access the Toggle Points for the Shape nor the Text Layers to adjust them by hand or rather by mouse drag.

Let me ask about computer configuration for Pinnacle Studio 24 Ultimate. I have used several previous versions and know that crashes and hangs and reinstalls are part of the experience. Still, I like the product when it works properly. What would be the OPTIMUM amount of memory? Not the minimum, and not the maximum, but the amount that makes Pinnacle happy? What would be the OPTIMUM SSD/HDD configuration? For speed and crash resistance. What files should go where? Is a graphics card actually useful and helpful? If so, which one would be OPTIMUM without going overboard. Are there any video formats that cause Pinnacle Studio to perform badly? Is there a workaround? Ay other tips?

I have a problem: I download a font for a video, but when I use it on a Pinnacle Title, the font isn't the same I downloaded. I tried on Photoshop and Word and there worked. Someone can help me?

Very nice features but I, like others here are finding it still as buggy as it always has been. I took the bait yet again and thought maybe now it had been sorted out. I've always liked the effects and transitions it offers as I do projections for theatre/plays, however when you're just simply saving your work or making a tiny adjustment to a clip and it freezes and quits for no good reason, it gets real old. I had forgotten about the money back guarantee so it looks like it will be a refund for me. Which is a shame as I really do like the changes to it.

@@PinnacleStudioLife I just upgraded to studio 24 and it does not even work at all.. i open the import page and the program just turns off.. Support said do this and that.. I tried 3 times and the same.. I have asked for a refund.. My advice to those reading this is not buy pinnacle studio. I have had studio 23 for over a year and couldn't use it. 22 was just as bad.. I may revert to 21 and try that again seen as I have already paid previously. It's a big disappointment. DO NOT BUY THIS

It does NOT work to change the size of the Text Box by clicking and grabbing handles. Just does not work at all. Have been grappling this with days and feel that this feature just doesn't work. So stupid as this is THE most basic thing you would want to do. Screw spinning letters and all that crap, I just want to change the size and location of the friggin box!!!!

i had psd from pinacle 23 ultimate and im beeing serious,i had to edit a large project and had to stay up 3 days becouse the deadline was close and pinacle kept crashing, i started drinknig tons of soda to stay up to rezolve pinacles shit softwere,and had harth problems for 5 mouths afterwords.I cant strees how mutch i dont recomend any pinacle product.If pinacle were to build a life support michine and i would be put on it,id rather get unpluged.

There’s also Vegas Studio as an alternative. I’m sad to leave Pinnacle cuz I’ve been with them for years, but this is just too much!
