They are still pretty rare to find for sale. As they get better at breeding them the price will come down over time.

When you rehydrate them, do you put the container in the fridge or just leave it out? Also what temperature should the water be at? Do you put hot water or cold or room temp water?

I usually leave them at room temperature but you have to watch out for mold if it takes too long for the specimen to relax. If I'm concerned or get delayed in pinning them I put them in the fridge. That seems to delay the growth of mold.
