4:44 Correct yung suggestion niyo Sir Slater for the 1AC : 2Spaces the term is "transfer grilles", para imove yung hangin from room A to room B - without the use of fully ducted system lalo na kapag split indoor unit ang existing natin. The white fuzzy things on wood cabinets and walls are because of the humidity sa hangin. one solution i would suggest is to buy the dehumidifier. Yung meron stryo balls stuff in a small container. It absorbes the moisture sa hangin. Try it lang i think it would work din sayo. Its not expensive meron din buy one take one sa daiso japan. I personally use it, kase usually clothes still holds moisture kahit you think its dry na, so kinda moldy,fuzzy talaga si cabinet. Share ko lang by experience😁

I sprayed 20 volumes of Hydrogen Peroxide + water to the walls of my apartment and nawala sila and hindi na nagkaroon ng molds. It is very common in Baguio kasi nagmomoist yung walls tapos rarely pa tamaan ng araw

Solar Panels =) There's type of panels we need to know, the polycrystalline and monocrystalline. By the quality of the panels malalaman mo yung efficiency rates ng panel, it means kung good ang solar panels.. ITS GOOD! No emissions No electricity And many benefits. Garden solars however you need to buy for legit store, u need to know how well it works. Typically it only works for 3-5 hours then patay na. Home Solars: quite expensive pa din ito, kaya people uses hybrid solar, kuryente + solar, umaga solar, gabi electricity this saves a lot of added mechanisms and batteries. Batteries makes the home solar system expensive. =) Its also computed based on the total appliances you have in the house para ma compute yung needed wattage for the whole house for it to be operational.

We have a residential project somewhere in class subd. in Alabang before that was designed by a noted architect in our country and abroad. The conpany that I worked with before did the interrior design based on their archotectural design. During the construction, we found out that some areas may mga big beams and columns exposed, so what we did was we re-design our design or we aesthetically covered it na hindi halatang tinago lang yun mga yun. That’s how architect, interior designers and structural engineers collaborates in the project. With regards to liability, it depends, if the structural design is correct but the contractor did not follow it, save cia dun, unless he or his company project manages or neglected to check if his design was implemented according to his design, same with responsibility with the architect. Much more if the project’s being done by a design- build contractor, kaya yun ibang client they hire different contractor kahit design - build company pa yun, to have ir properly check, or they hire an different project management company in their behalf since some client/owner have no technical know-how.

With regards to cabinetries, before we use prelaminated mdf(medium density fiberboard) rather than Particle boards, for bathrooms we use moisture resistant mdf then all rhe edges of the cabinet, we seal it with silicone sealant. Now, they have Laminated boards using Marine Plywood, With regards to inaamag yun boards, esp in places prone to moisture, we cannot avoid it, kahit pa may sealer, easiest solution is dapat lagi yun nalilinisan at pinupunasan ng dry cloth.

With regards to aircon, there’s a computation before buying a unit, Volume of the space and the number of peope that will be using the space. With regards to air circulation of the room, yes, you are both right, it needs to be balance - kahit naka ducted type yun aircon if there’s no vent that collects the heat of the room, it will be nonsense, pero yun vents dapat enough to collect the heat, same thing with the aircon duct supply, dapat yun size ay tama rin, para hindi nasasakal yun lamig ir else hirap nya mapalamig yun space.
