Misua noodles goes by many names, they are also called Chinese vermicelli. They should be available in Asian stores; I hope you find good quality noodles in New Zealand.

I am not Kapampangan but I have lived there so many years in AC and the food there is really great because Kapampangans are really good in cooking and take pride in it.
