I have been watching your shows with my mom on the local channel in Angeles City years ago, thats how long I have been watching you. I am an avid fan and I have always wanted to enroll in your school. I am not Kapampangan but I have lived there so many years in AC and the food there is really great because Kapampangans are really good in cooking and take pride in it. I am now living in Europe and through your cooking show, I get to cook my favorite Kapampangan dishes and desserts. By the way, maybe you can also suggest sometimes what other alternative ingredients we can use for the people who are living abroad like me and please try to upload more videos every month. Misua noodles goes by many names, they are also called Chinese vermicelli. They should be available in Asian stores; I hope you find good quality noodles in New Zealand.
