I have been watching your shows with my mom on the local channel in Angeles City years ago, thats how long I have been watching you. I am an avid fan and I have always wanted to enroll in your school. I am not Kapampangan but I have lived there so many years in AC and the food there is really great because Kapampangans are really good in cooking and take pride in it. I am now living in Europe and through your cooking show, I get to cook my favorite Kapampangan dishes and desserts. Misua noodles goes by many names, they are also called Chinese vermicelli. They should be available in Asian stores; I hope you find good quality noodles in New Zealand.
