Our barbecue in Davao, is we mix the pork with kinilaw. We use tuba vinegar for the kinilaw. We also add slices of white raddish aside from the other usual spices. We had one young German exchange scholar living with us when my family transferred to Cebu. He really likes that Davao-style kinilaw.

You look great, Anne. Amazing, you just have your baby son and you looked so trim. Keep it up. Advice on barbecuing, the chicken should be indirect from the burning charcoal and place a aluminum tray underneath with water so that it will not burn and be cone moist and so thus the spare ribs, you can do the same. It will be less smoke and better for cooking. Yummy and enjoy your dinner. God bless you all 🙏❤🙏
