@Action Jackson ? in what way the riding experience is much different then a typical eboard not to mention its a big tire that can ride on most terrain and you float instead of hitting 1 rock and going flying. not to mention the technology with the balancing. its not cheap but you get quality for your money.

@Action Jackson If you're going for pure range, then I can see your point. However, OneWheels offer a unique experience that a lot of eskates don't. They are super expensive but the feeling of riding one of these boards is unmatched by any other eskate in my opinion. I used to have the original meepo classic btw.

You really can’t ask for much more from the pint, let’s be real. For it to be rated 6-8 miles and actually get more like 8-12 consistently it seems, that’s pretty damn good. Almost all electric board companies have been over-rating their mileage, it’s great to have a company be realistic and under-rate their product. I feel like this was why the Pint was delayed so much tho in the first place, I bet the range wasn’t as good as they planned and did some tweaking and that’s why it’s getting a little more than the 6-8. Can’t wait to get mine, Sept 21 expected ship date

That was extremely entertaining to watch and perhaps even equally as educational! I really appreciate Future Motion's decision to reserve the presumably large amount of power there at its end of life to really try and let the rider know that robot NEEDS to pull over NOW. It's comforting knowing that I'm not going to be in the zone and just miss its low battery notification and have it just suddenly die under me. Sorry you missed gymnastics but I appreciate you sharing the experience!

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for another review~! waiting for mine anxiously... lol You gave us (me and hubby - mid-40s asian couple) to work up the courage to get on the Onewheel~ We got our first onewheel xr couple of weeks ago and we are enjoying every minute of it. :) We both never rode a board before... and I'm not athletic at all... it took me forever to learn how to ride a bike (-and this happened only 10 years ago). We started with segway minis first with gokart and my hubby really wanted to try the onewheel but I was too worried. It was your video who convinced me to get out of my comfort zone and now we are looking forward to ride the pint and xr together~! :)

But the XR is just way too expensive. This video just made me much happier. Wow you just went 11 miles on product that states it can only do 8 (max). Thanks for this, I feel when mine arrives I might just be able to go that little bit further than I had expected. Subscribed and rang the bell 👍

I have had the pint for almost a month now and floating on the snow in freezing temperatures of -5C I get around 9-10 km of range (5 - 6.5 miles) but that is on hard bumpy snow and cold weather. I find the range in those conditions acceptable. Especially with the ultra charger I can take a quick break and be back on it 50min later.

Great video and cool what they have been able to do with the Pint. One thing to note is it's never good to fully run down li-ion batteries (even with cut off to prevent damage to batteries), over time it may shorten their life, then again who cares if you are having fun. I wonder what my range would be weighing 190 lbs. I'd be happy with 9.5-10 miles

@@rifleman128 yeah 9.5-10. Again depends on if you're going up and down hills and stuff. Regardless you'll have a good time!

@@rifleman128 oh yeah. The biggest upside is how nimble it is for getting around potholes and messed up sidewalks as well as the occasional pedestrian.

This video single handedly CONFIRMED my pick of the PINT instead of the XR. I’m never going to ride that distance anyway so it should’ve been a no brainer for me anyways! TEAM PINT!!!!!

Risking children by ignoring range and assuming miracles/luck and purposely burning power with Bluetooth and pushback for self pleasure/drama/profit is poor parenting in my country - great parents would run to be on time .. 'merica lol

I have dwarfism and weigh only 80 lbs. can you see how much range your daughter gets on the pint? Thanks Jimmy! I just found out about one wheel over the weekend after seeing some kid bomb a hill in lake Tahoe.
