It's not just about the performance or specs of the EUC or One Wheels that you review that make your videos compelling, it's how they integrate and grow with you and your family that make them feel like much more than simple mobility devices. You show us that context is everything - great vid as always! 👍👍👍

Hi Jimmy, your daughter has riding down, and that's awesome! When the wheel was unveiled it look like it was on training wheels, but then I realized that's Duf's EUC stand, and I have the exact same one, LOL. You are a great father, and it was so cool see your family out riding together. Partly because of you, I was also bitten by the EUC bug and now ride mine everyday after I'm done riding my Onewheel. I'm liking it more and more each day.

Hey Jimmy. On a OneWheel ride today I met a couple that is interested in a OneWheel or EUC for a city commute from the train to the office. The first thing I did was tell them about you and your channel. I want to help them more and I need your help finding another video where talked about an EUC that fit in a backpack. That video was about another subject and at the end you pulled a brand new EUC out of a backpack and talked about how excited you were to try it out. Thanks for your help and this video. Great video! Happy belated birthday to your daughter! After learning to ride an EUC a couple weeks back I decided to get the MTen3 to continue getting EUC riding time. I was going to get a V11 or S18 but decided to get something less powerful and something I wouldn't worry about dropping. I went with the 67v version as I didn't get this to be a long distance or fast speed cruiser. My daughter really enjoys riding the XR so I plan on doing some father-daughter rides one of these days. I also got a Razor Power A2 electric scooter that my wife feels comfortable with. It only does 11MPH but getting her on a PEV has been a challenge and now we can all ride on a PEV together. Sorry I didn't use your affiliate link. I bought it before watching your video.

I love the little 67v MTen3 I got for my wife to learn on. I take it on group rides when everyone is on a OneWheel and my MSP would be overkill. It's perfect because its range and top speed are right in line with the XR. I got 20 miles out of it in the last ride!

Hey Jimmy - as a 6'1" person who weighs 190lbs or so... would you recommend the Mten3 as a starter wheel? Or would you advise just starting with a bigger wheel like a 16" wheel? Thanks for the great videos and I hope to have ride-date with my daughter in the future (she's only 10 weeks old now)!
@freshlycharged4 жыл бұрын
Honestly, I only have experience teaching people on 16 inch wheels but a lot of people in the EUC community swear by the Mten3 as a beginner wheel such as Marty @electricunicycles kzbin.info/door/QeDQAr2JgTSSujXThdlWxg There are so many ways to do it for your first wheel: buy something cheap, buy the best you can afford, or buy something in the middle. No matter how you do it, the wheel is going to take a bit of a beating but if you are determined, you'll get it. Check out Mike. Near the end of 2019 he and I were riding around in Tampa on Onewheels and I was telling him about the EUC. He finally got one and here he is: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJCcipecjr5kl7c Good luck!
@TheShugg884 жыл бұрын
I bought one as my first wheel. It’s been great, but there’s definitely a learning curve. For the first week I kept the tire pressure around 20psi and that helped a lot. One big perk, is that since it’s so small, it’s not intimidating to learn on.
@chrislaw95744 жыл бұрын
Hey jimmy, love your content. Thinking of buying a onewheel, never even tried one ☹️ but looks awesome. Would you go with a new pint or used plus? No used XR’s at the moment. Thanks and stay safe
@tymarrie89194 жыл бұрын
I would personally go with a used one wheel. Paying full price with you not fully knowing if you want to use it almost everyday is not the best route. But, if you want a wheel for short distance rides and a day in the park, I recommend a pint. Hope this helps a little

Hey Jimmy! My daughter has been getting pretty good with my OneWheel, but has shown increasing interest in learning the EUC since I’ve started to ride one. I found a great local deal on a used Mten3 (64v) Since this review, is the Mten3 still being used fairly frequently? I like the idea of having a PEV my daughter can actually lift on her own, plus the fact you can stow it away in a backpack.

It would be heavy to carry in a backpack for a little kid, but my 12 year old has done it. She still rides, but the cold weather and short days limits the riding. Waiting for the spring!

Curious is this a EUC exclusive channel now? You’re selling off your OWs and you haven’t had anything positive to say about OW in months. I prefer the sideways stance (classic board sports) ride style and don’t really understand the constant need to drag OW to prop up EUCs-to me they are completely different ride experiences that really shouldn’t be directly compared. But if that’s this channel’s strategy for the future I’m not sure I can hang with it, as much as I like you and your family.
@freshlycharged4 жыл бұрын
Nope. Not EUC exclusive. Just a father, his family, and our experiences with the devices we love. I've done about 100 positive OW videos. Go check them out. But since FM hasn't released anything new for some time, I'm just sharing what we enjoy... EUCs, OWs, scooters, eskate, etc.
@freshlycharged4 жыл бұрын
Oh, and be careful with language. My kids read the comments. 😉
@Lady_Vengeance4 жыл бұрын
Jimmy Chang I’ve seen most of your content, been a sub for awhile. You used to make positive OW content but lately you only mention OW in negative contexts while comparing to EUC. Even going so far as to make video titles and thumbnails that look like the video is about OW, only to talk about EUC the entire video and drag OWs in the process. To me it’s the equivalent of having a motorcycle themed channel where you’re constantly comparing Harley road bikes and sleek street racing bikes by saying “lol racing bikes are so much faster, lighter and more maneuverable. They’re so much better than a Harley. I’m selling my Harleys to buy racing bikes.” There’s no comparison. They are two different ride experiences for two different types of riders or situations. The only difference between them is their class of vehicle / how many wheels they have. It’s the same with OW and EUC. I just don’t get the need to put down one to prop up the other. But I’m happy to edit my previous comment to remove the S word :)
@freshlycharged4 жыл бұрын
Fair statement. I'll be doing some product review videos for the Pint and XR. I also have more Onewheel footage coming as well as e-scooter and e-skate. I'll be more cognizant of my comparisons going forward. Thanks for the helpful feedback.

The city pays companies to keep geese off of parks using drones and dogs. They also pay to keep the eggs from hatching. There is also a new program to capture the geese and process them into food for the homeless. The geese problem is real: www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-48853980#:~:text=The%20US%20city%20of%20Denver,conflicts%22%20in%20the%20Colorado%20city.
