I use to work in the food industry for years . We would wash all the produce & let it dry on racks before putting them in the refrigerators so they are clean, dry, & ready to go. If over saturated with water, it causes produce to rot more rapidly in fridge.

The spinning condiment tray is a game changer thanks. The entire video was very helpful and super quick. I love that you didn't give a lot of babble and the close up visuals paused long enough to see what was actually done. 5*s and thumbs up.

I feel the need to comment and offset these negative Nancys. I think this looks amazing! Maybe unrealistic to some, but I eat SO much healthier when my fridge is organized and aesthetically pleasing. And I also keep tomatoes and onions in the fridge. Husband likes cold tomatoes, and my onions stay fresh for ages when they're cool.

I use a shelf for left overs. Put my drinks on the top half as I have drink pitchers, wether that's cold tea, kool-aid, water, orange juice. Love being organized so you can see what's in the fridge. I use a lot of Temp-tations and Lock n lock from QVC.

Beautiful organization! I love the berry containers that drain. My Italian grandmother would be angry if I didn’t tell you that you shouldn’t refrigerate tomatoes, they lose their flavor😀

Exactly what I thought! Tomatoes and Avocados stay out at room temp. But I always store my clementines and apples in the fruit drawer.

I love the look of an organized fridge, but in all the video's I have watched about fridge organization I never see space for left over cooked food. I can't cook everyday and I refuse to eat out every day so there has got to be room for left over food containers.

Tip: When cleaning out the fridge I put meats/ dairy in a cooler bag with ice packs. (Freeze many ice packs before and just put them with all the other stuff as well) and w k as fast as possible. I also put some things in the freezer. (If you are fast it doesnt freeze)

Fruits and vegetables should go down in the enclosed drawers. Keeps them fresh longer.

i’m sure people are only trying to come from a good place to help you save some more perishable items, but we’ve always kept the same items in my fridge!! I love the kitchen organizers, and have also been using them for a long while!! they do NOT have any affect on how long the food lasts (except the berry container & the asparagus hack), but they certainly make it look far better!! love from montana!!

I have ran soo many things through the dishwasher, but my craziest was BLINDS. on low temp, delicate, you've never seen 7 years worth of grime in a massively overpopulated home look soo amazing!

Agreed or the onions as they are not meant to be in the fridge and can spoil and mold. The berries precut seems like they would not last either. Mason Jars keep the longest.

Sooo many drinks!!!! My fridge is smaller but just today I made a list of what containers to get to do what you did. This is overall an inspiring and helpful episode. I just did my pantry too and put nuts, partial bags of snacks in canning jars. So neat and tidy I tackled the fridge. Thanks!!! 🎉

Our fridge is very small. I keep my seltzer in my pantry and just drink with ice. I don’t buy water in bottles. We do have a mini fridge in our garage where my husband keeps a few bottles of beer, and I put any holiday overflow.

Without so many drinks you would have room for meal leftovers. The basic ideas will help keep the fridge clean and less hassle to wipe down spills and crumbs.

Hi Kristen Sorry to say this but Iam having an issue with the egg storage container you recommended,after 4 days(condensation build up) my eggs have a layer of some kind of fluffy mold- looking stuff around it. Sjould I store without the cover? Is anybody else also having this issue or is it my fridge? TIA Great channel.x

Suggestion with raw meat. Put them in a plastic bag or on a plate that can be washed. Just in case there is a leak in the meat container.

I took wrinkled forgotten carrots and put them in a tupper, fully submerged with water and they were AMAZING two days later!!!!!! they lasted 2 months. INSANE. I use the jar method for cilantro (change water every few days) and celery!

Just a friendly FYI, onions should never be stored in the fridge unless left over from cutting. Keep in cool dry place of pantry. Also avocados, tomatoes and bell peppers shouldn't be stored in fridge unless having already been cut up. I saw all those were in your refrigerator.

I've always pretty much kept all those in the fridge except onion. I knew you could leave them out, but I thought it lasted a little longer in the fridge.

I love the organization of all the food and beverage. It is very neat and tidy. I can only hope theres less single use water plastic bottles. Its good to know there are no single use food packaging in your fridge like snacks or kids drink. Other KZbinrs uses a lot of it just to show off and its not really good for the environment. Im glad your fridge is nothing like it. Everything looks fresh.

Beautiful fridge! Just take note that berries should be washed right before consuming them, or else it will turn into a berry mush..
