When using a power drill, start with a much smaller drill bit, gradually go up in size until you have drilled the size you need. Starting off with with a large bit only cause breakage, splintering, and splitting

The font for the three signs are Bordeaux and Pen and Ink. For the amen sign, they're Slim Fit and Lana Jane. You might have to play around with the font sizes for the canvas you use. Since I printed them separately, I had to reconfigure the font for all three signs to somewhat match, but they are not the exact size. Since some of the words are bigger I had to change it. Hope that makes sense.
