Mate towed us out, dried out the dizzy and she fired back up again.

Which part of the SSI failed? The module or coil packs....I just fit one of Rick's SSI units to my 712K and I was considering some extra waterproofing of the module cover. Greetings from Melbourne.

Water got into the module. It isn't sealed at the bottom, I think so condensation can get out. Blew it out with the airline and dried it and it was ok again, no damage done. Thinking to try and modify it when I get chance.. Really happy with the SSI

Can't, it drives off the distributor shaft
