As jungler When i gank lane they are behind or close i try to let them get the kill so they can start snowballing without me :) Game become more smooth and i can start rewarding myself with kills And for the resolution build they screwed up with arcane power passif that stack between 2 items with same passive

If your graphics card is better than your processor, then turning settings low can adversely affect the frames. Not sure how that interaction changes with live streaming but it might be worth playing with the settings and turning them up a bit to see what gets you higher frames.

@@alsiniz It does for me, running maxed out 45-65 fps on an fx8320! When I turn the game down to medium will cause heavy stutters, and even then average around 20-30 fps. Unsure if you're trolling because this is fairly common knowledge. Obviously is a case by case thing, but its worth trying doesn't cost more than a few minutes. I don't know what you are accomplishing with that comment. lol

@@alsiniz On second thought, its not even possible to shift bottleneck from one component to another because that would require the processor to outperforming the graphics card. You obviously don't know what you're talking about so I won't waste any more of my time. I'm posting this only so if someone stumbles on they might be able to help their selves with this information so the game can be more playable for them.

@@robertn.4379 Ok the irony in what you just said lol. If your game is CPU heavy then your GPU could be chilling at 10-20% while your CPU has at least one maxed out core. If your game is GPU heavy then your CPU will have barely any utilisation while your GPU is pegged at 100% utilisation. Sounds like you’re the one who has no idea what you’re on about and you could use some research on how PC components are tested and benchmarked. GamersNexus is a good start.

@@robertn.4379 sounds like your CPU doesn’t like being the bottle necked when you turn down the graphics and is getting too hot, throttling down, and giving you stutters. EDIT: I would clean that CPU cooler and maybe reapply thermal paste. That CPU is old and there's a good chance the thermal paste has dried and that the cooler is dusty.

quick christmas question? is building armor ever better than building health? i like to support as riktor and steel. i usually start dynamo and grab the +100 health item. but there is a phys armor item as well as a +mana item i suppose you could get for sustain in lane. Just curious about what you think about that situation and in general.

Well she turned around to look at me more, backpedaling is slower. And I used my E to cleanse the CC and get rid of the slow, allowing me to catch up. If she had simply slowed then run away she would have been fine
