I've found Rev actually scales better early if you Max his reload first and only Q while he's reloading.

So can someone explain different death timers? At 15:53 drongo dies and riktor dies a fee seconds later but Riktor has shorter respawn time?

depends on variables like how many kills they have at time of death, how much of a killstreak the hero was on, how many deaths prior to that death it had, etc etc
