I was wondering where do you buy the frequency test tape that you use and what software do you run to check the frequency and wow and flutter?

i have one of this, buyed it in '88 or so, both mechanics got stuck 15 years ago.i looked into, it seems that lubricamt solified in the very complex moving parts and things don't work any more as they should. To spray things with wd40 seems a bad idea, because belts and pulleys would go to slip, dismount all the parts of the mechanic seems a nightmare. what could you suggest to repair it? thanks in advance.

I just bought one at Salvation Army and I can't figure it out for the life of me. When I hit play on both sides, it won't play at regular speed. It only plays in chipmunk speed. Is it broken?

Sounds like it just needs belts and an adjustment/service

I got this at a thrift shop and only the right side plays cassettes. What could be wrong with the left side?

Check the belt in the left side!!!!!
