How are you removing the filter knobs? Is it simply pull up and they remove?

I bought a skin and it arrived today. You should do a better job explaining how to takeoff the volume and fader knobs. I just broke the little grey clip inside the fader.

Decido di acquistare questa skin per la mia TraktorS4MK3 di color bianco. Dopo solo 3 mesi la Skin si è rovinata diventando di color viola, quindi mi sono deciso a toglierla perchè non mi piaceva più...dopo aver tolto la skin seguendo tutte le istruzzioni che ''DOTO DESIGN'' fornisce, la colla della pellicola è rimasta tutta attaccata sulla plastica originale della consolle ed ora è impossibile staccarla..Sono molto deluso da questo prodotto. sopratutto dall'assistenza perchè continuano a dirmi che è colpa mia, quando io ho seguito il procedimento alla lettera!!! se volete un consiglio non attaccate questa roba sulla vostra consolle nuova perchè una volta staccata avrete delle difficolta non indifferenti. buonaserata..
