Pioneer DDJ-Rev7 Unboxing- I'm so Glad it works in Virtual DJ!

*DDJ-REV7 with Virtual 2023 is the way to go. I have done over 50 weddings here in Toronto, ON Canada. Virtual DJ has never failed on me and it is light years ahead of Serato, Traktor and others...By the way I grew up using Traktor and Serato but switched to VDJ 2023 because it was more stable and better at beat sync..*

I'm using a Rev7 also and I'm here for the VDJ part. As much as i love serato, I'm thinking about switching for the stem separation.

You got a Rev7? Wow. I'm really surprised! Do you know how to scratch? If so, I never knew that about you. I'm a scratch DJ. I almost pulled the trigger on the Rev7 but then after a lot of thinking and debating with myself, I decided my 1000 was the better option for my overall work flow. Congratulations to you though!!! It's an amazing controller!

@@shesadjtv if you sell your SZ your trippin.SZ still has more functionality than the rev7. If you ever DJ alongside another DJ you can hook up two additional cdjs or turntables and battle style DJs on the SZ.

The Rev 7 is not an upgrade from the SZ. Think about when they first came out. SZ cost more and has more connectivity. You can have 6 decks on the SZ because you connect cdjs or turntables to it. You can do dueling DJs on the SZ. They Rev 7 just has more effects and motorized platters.

if you travel alot and have to use different systems, VDJ works with everything. With Serato, if i encountered an unfamiliar controller, i always had to download stuff to make it work , too much headache. VDJ just plug and play.

You need to upgrade to Serator or Rekordbox, Virtual DJ hasnt been relevant in years.
