Hello, were you able to fix it? I also have a PL-630 and the speed is not stable whether it is "quartz lock" on or off. Can you guide me to fix it? Thank you

Sadly, no...I just worked on it this week but it's still a work in progress. There's a great thread on audiokarma that outlines a complete rebuild. I recommend checking that thread out and/or creating a new thread for help.
