Pioneer SX 737 vintage stereo receiver overview

I have this receiver and I feel happy !!! From my samsung tablet with amazon music, I listen to jazz, bossa nova, classical music, pop and rock !! The sound is beautiful !!! I plan to make a full recap very soon !!!! For another 45 more years of life.

Had this back in the day a fine quality receiver. Thirty watts of clean music...I wish I still had it.If you have it keep it,they don't make them like they used to.!!!

So after about 90 seconds of giving us a tour of your Pioneer SX-737 receiver, you lock your phone into the tripod, turn on the receiver, and the first sounds we hear are the ending to a relatively obscure ABBA song. Recently acquired this receiver, and it sounds so Rich! mid focus comparison with my Sansui 771 which has more presence. Both Sounds amazing and glad they have a distinct tone!

Hi, I boaght this receiver and tried to use it with a stereo pair of DALI ZENSOR 7: Nominal Impedance [ohms] is 6. Recommended Amp. Power [Watts] is 30 - 150. Is this compatible? Because it turns out that I only hear sound from the right speaker unfortunately. Any help on this is highly appreciated!

Personally, I use a miniplug to RCA Y-cable to attach my Mac Mini to my SX-750. (Actually, I usually use Tape 1 Monitor, but Aux works just about as well.) My Mac Mini not only has my MP3 collection on it, but I also use it for streaming internet radio. You could also plug a CD player into it, if you do have one and a collection of discs. Loads of things you could plug into it, really.

Please advise how to hook up blue tooth transmitter to Pioneer 737?? Purchased a ABT01F transmitter and plugged in and paired with Bose 35 series 2 headphones and there is extreme distortion????

Need some help. After replacing the 2SA726 to the ksa992FBU on the driver board. There is no speaker relay click.

Hoi JP, ik heb van mijn sx-737 onlangs alle transistors en condensators vervangen. Ook die jij noemt. Geweldig apparaat, hij speelt nu weer de sterren van de hemel. Weet je zeker dat je de Collector, Base en Emitter goed hebt aangesloten?

Did you bother checking datasheets for pinouts? a726 has an inverted pinout from a992fbu
