I do truly appreciate your help with my stereo. But the only thing is 😅I have a Jensen stereo yeah a Jensen stereo and your help came through Perfectly. Because when I took my vehicle to the car stereo when they installed it, they didn’t give me the instruction sheet that came with it so I was like totally clueless on how to change the color on my stereo. Check the connection of the microphone, on the back of the stereo. You can try connecting a different microphone, to test if the issue is the microphone or the radio itself is the cause. Check with a local dealer/installer, they may have a microphone you can use to test. If needed, you can order a replacement from www.pacparts.com.

Your vehicle is 12 years old. The factory speakers are beat. If you want to make an improvement to your 12 year old bose system, be sure to replace the speakers in the vehicle. What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? I recommend to delete the Pioneer in-dash receiver from your phone’s Bluetooth memory. Next, power your phone off and back on. Make sure your phone has the Bluetooth switched on and make sure your phone is NOT actively connected to other Bluetooth devices like a headset or a portable speaker. This may block in the in dash receiver from connecting to the phone. Next, I recommend to delete all phones from the in-dash receiver’s Bluetooth memory and restart the vehicle. If you are talking about the wireless remote control for DEH-X6500BT, there is no pairing process. The wireless remote control uses an infrared signal. No setup required. Just point it at the receiver and press a button. If the wireless remote control is not working I recommend to replace the battery on the wireless remote and try again. If you need to buy a wireless remote control I recommend PacParts. They are the Authorized Parts distributor for Pioneer in the US. Rear speakers stopped working ,replaced them as thought they were faulty. New speakers fitted still no sound ,change fader to full rear still nothing on rear.

Be sure the speaker wires have not disconnected from the in dash receiver. Also, wires touching metal in the vehicle, speaker terminals touching metal in the door or other location can cause trouble like this.

DEH-X7800DAB was first manufactured back in 2014. As you noted the Bluetooth phone call system seems to be operating normally. This tells me, the in-dash receiver does not recognize the Whatsapp? connection as a phone call and therefore is not engaging the receiver's BT microphone for this type of operation. The receiver sees the app as a Bluetooth Audio source and is playing the audio created by the phone. This is normal operation for the receiver and I'm not aware of a way to change that operation. I installed my DEH-X3900BT into my Yukpn. And at first it worked grea,but out of no where the sound just cuts out,but I can see the things on the screen,showing that the music is still playing. But I hear nothing. I can change the song and it still wont play. But I might pull up some place,turn the car off and when I go to start the car again the music starts playing again. It just pretty much just randomly cuts out but for the most part it works good...Did I accidentally do something to the settings or would you suggest its a wiring problem or...please email me at [e-mail] with a suggestion or solution

I had a problem like that with a different brand radio the sound would cut on and off and sometimes don’t come on check your speaker wires my problem was the rear speaker in the trunk the wire that connects to it was twisted and was the cause till i put it back in place now no problem I just upgraded to a pioneer and haven’t had issues with it either cause I thought my other radio was going out but it was the speaker wire
