Pipe Bender Machine,Using Engine Flywheel

I make a pipe bender machine using a engine flywheel...I make a pipe bender machine, because sometimes in my work shop,I need bend some pipe..and there is a time when I bend a pipe,, without using a bender,the result not good, so that why, I need to make a manual pipe bender using the flywheel,then after I done the bender and I test it,so the result is good..thank you for watching..,

Really awesome idea but you got to 98% then skimped on the bracing, but simple fix an you have a tool lots of us could do with but are too lazy to build. Keep it up :)

It’s a great idea for a hand made bender.. I would’ve gone a couple of steps further … found the matching starter to that flywheel, mount the starter under table, hooked it to up twelve volts, activate the starter with a foot pedal, hair trigger momentary switch.

NEVER NEVER NEVER….WEAR GLOVES WHILE USING A MACHINE..WHETHER IT BE A LATHE, DRILL PRESS OR BANDSAW…if that spinning chuck catches even a thread of that glove…MAYBE , JUST MAYBE, YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY AND ONLY LOSE ONE FINGER…

Welp.. thank goodness this is a flywheel and a ratchet😂 if you're gonna psa then don't leave out -don't wear long sleeve shirts or jewelry. -keep long hair up in a ponytail under a hat or cap. I've been a fitter/welder, machinist, auto fabricator/restorer and engineer on top of it all. I had a sharp metal plate I was drilling a hole in and had relatively thin nitrile dipped work gloves on to keep from getting cut. Was rushing and didn't want to set up a clamp. The MATERIAL caught the bit on a large drill press, jagged material snagged my glove, and it ripped it straight off my hand in a split second in a long torn piece. Been using the machines for years and it was just that 1 time doing something I've done a hundred thousand times properly- the wrong way to almost get got. Hell even a nice fairly powerful hand drill caught a 1" bit, kicked the drill and broke my thumb, and I have giant rock hard hams for hands, just callous and muscles. Don't mess around with machines mmmkay? Injuries suck
