Superb job. I have the same plane with a Saito FG 19 three cylinder radial engine and it has just barely enough power, but it sounds amazing. It’s modeled after the J3P, which also happens to have a three cylinder radial engine.

I've had one of these for years and run it with a 120 in it ,I think it would fly realistically with just 90. flies like a dream !!

Nice video, I just got a Cub, a kit that has been assembled, and wrecked but not badly. I don't know what kit I have but I'm sure I can fix it. I have no rudder or elevators but wing sections are good, fuselage seems fine and undamaged. It's wood and fabric covered. Two servos are mounted in the cockpit and labeled rudder and elevator. A large brushless motor hangs in front with a 60 amp esc wired to it. No receiver. is fine so I can match to my FS-IA6. It has a 4S battery and forward landing gear, no tail wheel. I look forward to your next video and to beginning to repair this Cub to fly again. Thank you

Nice Job on the video.... Looking for part 2 now. I have a few of these Cubs and they Fly GREAT. I'm using an OS 160 four stroke twin on mine. They sound good and run great. Lots of Touch n Goes! Have fun with yours. You will really like the Saito you selected AND the Landing Gear is a very good addition to your plane. Good Luck!

I was thinking the FG-21 might not be enough for this airframe. I have this engine in the H9 Carbon Cub 15cc (90in WS) and it pulls it along nicely, but very close to scale.

Andres; it's Feb 7, 2022, Did you ever make a Part 2 of the covering of your gorgeous ship? Caio!

Andres... Your first video is very nice. I have a few Sig Cubs, both Clipped wing and Full span... I run OS 160 4 stroke twins on them. What a wonderful sound and plenty of robust power IF you need it. You can do touch n Goes all day long and really enjoy the flying experience. When are you going to finish the fuselage? When do we get the treat of Part 2 of your build? It just might be time to get back out into the shop and finish the plane. You will love covering the vertical stabilizer! It's so nice to watch the fabric take shape back there. Enjoy the process and you will be richly rewarded with an excellent flying airplane. Similar to Boeing...... Nothing flies like a Sig Cub..... Have fun...

Hello :) I am also in the process of building Piper Super Cub with wingspan of 250cm. Please tell me what servos you used? What strength in kg? I want to use mainly servo Hitec HS 422 HD on 6V voltage.
