@@uckbritley1305 yes it is, it's called "Contempt of court". Rowdy was summoned, by court order, to present Testimony, and used a Fraudulent reason to get out of it. That's cause for a "Mistrial" and grounds for a "Contempt of Court" Charge, by definition..

I used to be an actor/stuntman in the 90's and had the honour of being a stuntman on 'Back in Action' with Roddy Piper and getting to meet and talk with him. He was a total class act with a big heart as he could see i was a total fan and took the time between takes to invite me into his trailer and talk with me. One of my fondest memories of those days.

It's all scripted. The only real life element of the undertaker story that is actually true and not fictional is that his manager Paul Bearer was in fact a pall bearer prior to wrestling, and his brother Kane was near fatally burned in a house fire that the Undertaker started as a teenager.

Maybe he was being forced to testify against someone that didn't really deserve jail time? For example, testifying against Cain Velasquez. We'll probably never know

I love stories about Roddy. First time I saw him I couldn't stand him but he became my all time favorite because he was an original. Nobody was like Piper.

I loved Rowdy Roddy Piper!! When I was a kid and was watching Saturday morning cartoons Hulk Hogans Rock ‘N’ Wrestling I cheered for the heels!! He’s a Canadian icon up there with John Candy, and Leslie Nielsen!!
