Town of Salem is a social deduction game similar to Among us and Goose Goose Duck. Among Us/Goose Goose Duck allows you to play the game with up to 4-15 players, Town of Salem allows up to 15 players in a single game.
Like Among Us/Goose Goose Duck, you can be good or evil with factions such as Town, Mafia and Neutrals. Among/Goose Goose Duck us has 2 roles (without mods), town of salem has 33 different characters in the base game. Town of Salem is a great alternative to Among Us/Goose Goose duck if you're looking for another game in the social deduction genre. I absolutely love seeing pirate kill powerful evils with defense. Like "The Cunning and brutal leader of the Mafia" Plundered by pirate 🤡 " a powerful witch who leads an even more powerful coven" Plundered by pirate 🤡 "A Juggernaut with raw strength and power able to destroy people with his fists only" Plundered by pirate 🤡 Etc you get the point So I propose a change to the game. Make it so the absolutely ONLY way pestilence can die at night is if they get plundered. The pirate dies of course but there's a 1 in 3 chance they take GOD OF THE APOCALYPSE down with them.

Technically the ww corpse does visit and can be attacked by crus and vet or whatever but they just don’t do anything, it’s kinda like how coven leader can force certain non visiting roles to visit their second target

I saw you controlled WW into vig at the end of the game but no death to WW. Does reanimated WW only kill on full moon nights? And if so, do they still visit on non full moons? Not sure exactly how that interaction works

Yes, the WW still visits. But they're harmless because it's not a full moon. Many players take the mental shortcut of thinking they're using the corpse's ability on the target, but ret/necro actually send the dead player. This means that an unpowered jugg can't kill on night 3, a vigi out of bullets can't shoot, and a ww doesn't attack/rampage on night 3.

Yeah I think so. The “did I ask?” death note was the WW’s at any rate and given 5’s later comment of “I don’t like you 10 because you’re annoying and I don’t want annoying GA’s whispering me” and the comment in 10’s will it seems like it was deliberate. 10 has the patience of a saint to still use protects after that though idk if it would be gamethrowing to not do so Of course not using protects because you were killed by your own target and therefore you don’t think they deserved your help anymore after that is a fair reason imo 🤷‍♀️

I have a question, how do you get the players roles to show on the player list during the death animation? It isn't showing for me and I can't find it in settings. I am on steam v3.3.8, if that helps.

So what would be the "fastest pirate win ever"? You'd need to win on N1 and N2 obviously. On D2 the only kill should be yours, so the death messages go by ASAP. Then on D2 nobody should be voted up so the day doesn't extend. That should be the fastest possible pirate win.

Rapid mode d1 and D2 kills, have one maf (GF) and rest be random town/coven so if maf dies n1 bc of pirate you still have coven (plus u can just pirate a bg, and the doc heals them thru the attack)

How this for a game? 2 Crus game. Crus #1[not me]kills a BG the same night that the BG kills a Mafioso, N2 Me, the 2nd Crus, kills the Spy who went on Crus #1, N4 Crus #1 kills the invest who's checking me. Town still won thanks to the jailor but I think we did more harm then the evils did that game lmao
