What is the leakage class of check valve....generally we all knew leakage class applicable for isolation valve,but check valve is not a isolation valve. So what is the leakage class to be maintained in check valve?

You can go for non-slam wafer type check valve.

Sir for pump discharge line sizes upto 4" we should go for vertical type arrangement,but for 6" and above we prefer horizontal type arrangement.

I have seen vertical piping upto 8" size. I think we can go for vertical piping upto 10" or 12" size also.
