Apologies for the bad quality by the way. It was once online but was taken down, so all I could find was someone recording it from a monitor. So I in turn recorded from my monitor. Bad quality but just wanted to keep this scene alive before it could be lost forever.

I believe that this scene was done because the original presenter died suddenly.So they did this to teach children about death.
@jakeandangel2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, at the start of an episode they actually bluntly addressed that the owner who was previously the presenter died. No emotion just an explanation of why he wasn't there. Maybe this was to make up for it in an attempt to help kids deal with death. Feckin funny though! Not sure if it's good or bad that death isn't dealt with so openly like this on kids TV anymore. Probably for the best actually.

@@jakeandangel this episode was made a couple years after he died also the show went on hiatus for a bit because of his death, saying that he went on a fishing trip.

Pig wasn't in Pipkins from the beginning, he was introduced in one of the later series.

@@ClearLight1967 Not true, Pig was voiced by Heather Tobias from 1973, the year Pipkins began.

I was the original uploader for this clip and a few others that were taken down for copyright infringement, please give credit to where it’s due, I recorded it poorly on purpose to try to slip under the copyright infringement law but didn’t succeed
@jakeandangel2 жыл бұрын
oooh I rarely look at this so apologies for delay but yeh thanks. It disappeared and realised I'd recorded in phone so sorry bad quality but guess worked. also im pretty sure anyone involved would enjoy a clip being out there and not exactly going to get a heavy packet at the end of the month for legal views being it's impossible. thanks

I've just realised that Hartley Hare is Mark Heap the owner of Wilson in Friday Night Dinner. A comedy genius! Both of them. Don't think the Dog does much comedy! lol
