I would also like to add the fact how Oda has pretty much confirmed to us that BB downfall will be because of Kuzan is the fact that he poetically called the Bb crew "Titanic captains" and what we remember from the titanic is that it went down because of the Ice. Can't wait too see kuzan's story unfold, my favourite character

Its a cool theory but only works in English, the actual Japanese term used to describe the Titanic captains just means large, its got no connection to the Titanic so this connection only exists due to English localisation

Regarding Kuzan VS Cracker* It is canon that Kuzan kidnapped Pudding but in the cover story Oda didn’t show the actual fight just the before & after. Sorry if that wasn’t made clear enough. I don’t want people to think the whole thing wasn’t canon. Toei just filled in the gaps Oda left.

But especially with how huge and complex the overarching character cast and plot has become, Oda allows himself to skip a lot of details in the manga to maintain good story pacing, and instead arranges to have those details picked up in the anime adaptation

I would like a follow up to this video as your already talking marines admirals, to go and do "The Victims of Sakazuki (Akainu)" video since his presence as a character in the story is very influential to Aokiji's character, not just him but the characters he impacts around him and use also have Kizaru as on option since we did already wrapped up Egghead.

Very good idea! I do have some interesting thoughts and ideas about Sakazuki for a video but I also feel like soon he will make a unexpected move and I don’t want the video to be outdated as soon as it drops lol Oda does that to me sometimes, maybe I’ll do a Kizaru first, like you said he was just relevant to the story. I’ll make sure both are on the asap video list!

Love Kuzan’s character man. I really don’t think his goals line up with BB but he was drunk when he joined😂Still has that soft spot in his heart. But his life may be relatable to me man. Also, his post timeskip design is is f*ckin clean. Even his fight with Garp also goes to show that red dog is like that too. My favorite character behind Mihawk. Even Garp had to give mans his props after that punch

id guess as of now, kuzan is stronger or at least equal to blackbeard given how quick teach was to basically tell kuzan to chill tf out and his crewmate was just a knob head but i think by the time luffy fights teach, he'll be stronger than kuzan, cause for one, he has 2 awakenings on the table (i dont think wb's was awk, and obv yami isnt), not to mention theres always better haki, and BB can seemingly get even more df's given he went after boa and law (tho law prob more so to get someone to make him immortal)

Aokiji is definitely one of the most interesting One Piece characters to me. He doesn’t quite fit in with the marines, but he also doesn’t exactly strike me as a pirate, either. I’m not quite caught up with the manga/anime, but I’m very curious to know what his *real* goals and motivations are.

23:42 as crazy as Luffy is, it wouldn’t be too far fetched for him to actually think that he can beat Aoliji.. Also, at this moment in time of his character development, he’s still not that sophisticated to plan ahead, aaaand he (along with the crew) has not yet experienced serious defeat. He just goes for things and his spirits are very high. .. but with that said, Oda wrote this out in such a way that we can speculate in either direction, and either way it’s awesome.

Y’all got it all wrong…Brook will be the one to defeat Kuzan. Ice power vs Underworld Ice Powers and Brook needs to be focused on more so it’s definitely an Oda move as the Strawhats get stronger because the fight between the BB Pirates won’t be until the much later most likely so at least everyone who actually fights should be able to defeat an Admiral.
