@@Al1Shah I will try, when i fitted the new pro display to the M365 I did it exactly like he shows on the video, but when he updated the firmware in the video he used an app called m365 downG. This app is not an official Xiaomi app and he had to find the firmware separately.When I updated the firmware I used the official "Xiaomi home" app from google play store so I did not have to find the firmware myself. hope this helps, if not let me know and I'll try to make a video to show you more.

Paul Ryder I think I understand. Basically I am thinking about buying a xiaomi scooter but I’m unsure on whether to get the pro or normal (and just install the pro dashboard). The main reason is the further distance that appeals to me. Other than that, there seems to be no difference. What do you suggest?

@@Al1Shah yes the only difference between the basic m365 and pro is larger battery (longer range) and slightly faster. if you buy the basic m365 and do the display and firmware update it is essentially a pro version with slightly less range. I've had my scooter for a year now and done 1000km on it. If you're planning on using it for journeys longer than 10 miles I'd buy the pro, for anything within 10 miles the basic m365 can handle it with ease.

My m365 is going 30km/h with only one firmware upgrade, it runs fine, and at maximum reach it's basically the same except power draw in hills are bigger and it takes me there faster. I also modified how the battery gets charged while braking and down hills, this will recharge the battery at a greater phase, it works fine for me. I don't want the pro model since the charge time is much longer and I normally don't go for several miles. Basically the original battery takes about 5.5 hours from 0 to 100% and the pro model takes about 8.5 hours from 0 to 100%. That makes the charging capacity in time much greater in the none pro model.

I do how ever have a clicking noice from the motor at high speeds, i will be opening it up during next week to find out what it might be.

Got mine working by using St link flashing the BLE. my only issue is when I turn on the front headlight the scooter goes nuts screen flickering and motor start engaging by itself 🤔 I've tried 2 different displays off amazon now both are doing this. If I unplug the front light the scooter works perfectly fine so strange

El BMS que debéis de utilizar es el 115 de la versión normal. Antes de cambiar la placa el patinete debe de tener la versión ble 0.81 y el bms 115. Cambias la placa y solamente necesitas cargar el firmware de la versión pro. NO HAY QUE CAMBIAR NADA MAS, TU BATERIA ES NORMAL. CUALQUIER BMS DIFERENTE ES POR QUE LA BATERIA ES DIFERENTE Y LLEVA SU PROPIO BMS, COMO MEJOR FUNCIONA ES CON SU BMS 115.

Hi lads, this might help someone who thought for a minute, that his scooter was gone for good. I will try to be short and understandable as possible. If you finish your DRV flash and your scooter seems to be gone, you can not turn it off neither connect to it, or your tailight starts flashing when you're moving the scooter, do not worry. Unscrew the screws below the bar like you did when you were installing your new display, and disconnect the male pin from female, wait for 10 seconds and reconnect them. Bam, your scooter is back to life, just go back to m365down g and connect to it once again, check version, open BML bin and flash it. Everything should be okay now. Cheers

Followed the instructions after successfully flashing DRV155 The display shows 10 and a red wrench. It turns off automatically after 15 seconds which doesn’t allow me to connect via Bluetooth to M365_down or the mi app. Pretty much bricked my scooter. Now I have to st Iink to unbrick my controller or buy a whole new one. Be careful!

Ble And Firmware xiaomi scooter pro 2 I have the pro 2 And I installed the BLE via Bluetooth, when it was finished the screen froze and I pressed the powere button and closed the screen. Then it never reopened. The BLE I installed was for the pro 1, if I buy the screen of pro 1 and put it on the skate do you think it will work? in essence the skate has the new screen of pro 2. So maybe it doesn't match the BLE I installed on this screen.

I used the iOS version of m365 downg to install a cfw 1.4.2 couple weeks ago. Everything worked fine. Then today, I received the pro dashboard. I tried making my own gonka365 1.5.5 firmware and I tried the firmware in the description. In both cases, the iOS app said the flashing was “done”. But the firmware stays at 1.4.2. Any ideas?

Looks like you have a clone board, the original board does not flash the Bluetooth LED icon. Also how do you go back to the 4 LED firmware ?? I had 1.5.5 and then it upgraded to 1.6.6. Now If i try to swap back, the leds just count down, and then the scooter turns off. It must be a firmware issue. Any ideas ?

Hey there had a question I live in a unicorperated area where junk yards were now being made to house tract and a field they were clearing a worker found a bird scooter first ( gen bird 1 ) the ones you buy for ( $1,200 ) and he said If i wanted it said sure pushed it home bad shape cables and accerler wire .. so gona contact bird in Santa Monica calif . See if they can trace it to owner if they are registered..see if he wants it back .. would it cost a lot to refurbish it and make it usable ..

Hi, In M365_downG, I can connect to the new dash baord upgrade. I can also check version and battery info. But when I go to Open bin there are no files to open. Where do I get these files to upgrade the dashboard so it works with my Xiaomi Scooter. Any help appreciated. For time being I have resorted to my original dash board.

hi Mohammed, I discovered today that you can use the official "xiaomi home" app from google play store to do the firmware update so you don't need to find the files separately. When you register with the app and connect your scooter via bluetooth it will tell you a firmware update is available, and give the option of m365 firmware or pro firmware. Choose the pro and it works great.
