I am having the same fridge. I am not able to remove the plate and door stands from my fridge. I wipe and clean without removing.The mechanic who came to my house told me it is not removable.Mine is samsung frost free 385litres..Make a video and show how you remove the attachment trays and holders

Try gently pulling the trays from the sides. At first, it was a bit hard, then continued pulling released. Same for door trays too.
