Pudina Rice Pulao and Potato podicurry....... You always come out with some thing commonly uncommon recepes. That seems to be your Favourite Speciality. Like wise this recepe stands as one of such wonderful and classic example.The tips generated by you in every recepe boosts the taste and flavour to a higher level. This combo recepe is also no exception. I prepared this combo recepe yesterday ie 20/11/22 and I really enjoyed preparing these two dishes. The blending of ingredients with pudina and adding Basmati rice to boiling pudina concoction and cooking on dum with a dollop of ghee in the final stage shoots up the flavour to higher level. Next...The Potato podicurry prepared in such simple manner is as I call it "The best supporting system" for this kind of variety rice. We loved this dish so much that there is a "Once more" Chorus from my family members. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recepe Sundar. I would most heartily welcome more such wonderful recepes from you. God Bless 👏👏👌👌😋😋🌹
