Pan pie with fruit filling without oven and mixer

In this video I'll show you how to make a pan pie without a mixer or oven. Mix everything and bake. When it is very hot or there is no light, but there is a gas stove - this is the best recipe for pie in a pan.
Ingredients:
Filling:
Black currants 300-350 g (or any other berries)
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Starch 2 teaspoons
Water 2 tablespoons
Dough:
3 eggs
Sugar 5 tablespoons
Sour cream 10 tablespoons (250 g)
Butter 100 g
Flour 10 tablespoons (you may need a little more or less)
Soda 1 teaspoon
Vanilla sugar 1 tablespoon
Bake in a pan under a lid at minimum heat for 45-50 minutes.
