Hai, semua.. Ketemu lagi di chanel youtube Ame Amelia Sarina kali ini kita mau buat
Bolu pisang ekonomis ini ya guys. karena selain cukup menggunakan 2 telur juga, yang ini bisa di buat tanpa mixer, ataupun oven. Walaupun tanpa mixer hasilnya lembut dan enak banget, wajib banget untuk di coba . cara membuatnya juga banget. Ok, yang penasaran, yuk langsung di coba resepnya semoga bermanfaat.
🎀 Bolu Pisang 🎀
Bahan :
- 6 buah pisang mateng / 300-350 gr ( saya gunakan pisang raja yang sudah matang banget ya)
- 2 butir telur
- 70 grm gula pasir
- 1 sdt vanila / 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
- 120 grm tepung terigu pro sedang
- 1 sdt soda kue
- Sejumput garam
- 60 ml minyak goreng /= 6 sdm
Note : Penggunaan pisang boleh jenis pisang apa aja, yang terpenting sebaiknya memang menggunakan pisang yang benar-benar sudah matang, dan menghitam ya guys selain harganya bisa jadi sangat murah di pasaran, juga hasil bolu pisang jadi terlihat lebih cantik karena seratnya cenderung lebih bold dan jelas.

🎀 Banana Cake 🎀
Material :
- 6 ripe bananas / 300-350 gr (I use plantains that are really ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 70 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla / 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 120 grams of medium protein flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 60 ml of cooking oil /= 6 tbsp
Note: You can use any type of banana, the most important thing is to use bananas that are really ripe and black, guys, besides the price can be very cheap on the market, also the results of banana cake look prettier because the fibers tend to be bolder and clear.
