I was a people pleaser for ALL MY LIFE. I recently FINALLY decided that it is NOT my job to make other people feel comfortable. Making other people feel comfortable means dimming my light and my high energy, means playing small and boxing myself in. Sorry not sorry about this: H*LL NO!!! ❌ No one ever took it upon themselves to make me comfortable, to make me feel safe, seen, understood or heard, or even LOVED AND SUPPORTED. So, it is NOT my obligation to please them and make them feel all those ways INSTEAD of myself. That period of my life is dead and gone. I put myself, my son, and my dog first. Haters gonna hate, and I'm cool with that. I'm such a loving, patient, understanding and kind woman, so if anyone doesn't like me or is uncomfortable with me, it's because of their own insecurities and self-limiting beliefs. I took on SEVERAL years of shadow-work to heal my insecurities and fears, they can do THE SAME!! I'm not doing it for them, and I'm not enabling their insecurities, either. If that means I don't have a lot of friends, then I am absolutely okay with that. It took years to radically love myself, and I finally do! I love my own company, I love my passions and my shine. I'm not dimming my light for anyone ever again, no man or woman. It's my time to finally embrace who I am and LIVE my life, so they can get out of the way. I dealt with people trying to humble me even when I HATED myself, so I'm used to that noise. I know who I am, I love who I am, and I will SHINE who I am, regardless. 🔥🙌🎉❤️‍🔥 Those that see me for what I'm doing, are INSPIRED and LOVE to see me shine. They EMBRACE my light and my love. They start to embrace and love THEMSELVES. How would I be able to fulfill my mission in life, if I stayed stuck in my old people-pleasing ways? I simply wouldn't be able to, and I'm not willing to give up on my purpose. Period. 💓
