I listen to you while i walk my dog. Today i burst into tears whilst walking down the street. I don’t know how you do it. I was born into a family with many emotional disabilities. I survived. I moved straight out of my family home to my life partner who, it turned out, was also emotionally inept. We stayed together for 28 years. I fought tooth and nail for that relationship while i healed. And the more i yealed, the more i realised that i was trying to change someone that did not want to change. So i have broken free. It has been incredibly difficult. I have never been on my own. I have never had to manage everything alone. But im willing to try to rise to the challenge. I will heal the trauma that has trickled down the generations of my family. I will set a good example for my children. I value myself. I value my happiness. I also seem to have almost accidentally found the most incredible man. Someone with whom words arent necessary. A man who is meeting me exactly where i am and lifting me higher. I'm moving forward.

Your readings have been so spot-on in a deeply soulful way for me, thank you! I went through a respiratory illness and came out very changed, just as you were tuning into that huge change in us… I feel like a very different person, like I’ve step-evolved in my spiritual evolution-on every level! I’m taking care of myself and putting myself first in ways I never have before…it’s really, really remarkable. I know I am worthy, I know I am good enough, and I know I have so much love to give and receive… It was the receiving that was difficult for me all my life, and still I haven’t received yet, but I feel like I am beginning to allow it in. I am ready to receive and to give equally; I am ready to whole-heartedly embrace myself as I am and as I can be, and to give my love, knowing it is a beautiful and gracious love that in here to serve and to heal in pleasure and joy 🤍🩷💜❤️. Ive worked hard for many years and have come a long way. I’m watching people I’ve helped do the same for others, learning the lessons I’ve learned. But It’s lonely, I often feel I can see others In a way they cant see me, I want to know what it’s like to be seen without that person getting spooked and running away. I don’t need romance, a friend is more than enough, a friend I can lean on for a change, a friend who doesn’t need me.
