Pistachio and Lemon Curd Cake

I'm back from holidays and over Jet lag, however not super prepared for this recording - I missed a step which I did remember in time and changed tin size part way through!
So my tips
1. If you have a chance to make Lemon Curd now do! Its delicious and as I had already made some 6 weeks ago which was in the fridge it saved time and a cooling step for the recipe
2. I had to mix the butter and sugar together without the butterfly for a few seconds to make it light enough for the butterfly to push around.
3. The recipe says a 23cm spring form tin, when I looked at the amount of mixture it would have been a very flat cake so I swapped out to 20cm
