3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tbsp vanillin extract
2 1/3 cups flour (+ 1-2 tbsp if needed)
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
100g (3.4 oz) pistachio pudding any brand or JELL-O
50 g chocolate chips (optional)
25 g pistachios
bake for 15 minutes 175C (350F)
1-2 tbsp powdered sugar
38-40 pcs
