Hi from Japan❤ I made nice cookies by this recipe😊Thanks so much! Here, I noticed some tips for JP bakers. 日本にお住いの方へ プレーンフラワーは英語圏でよく使われる、薄力粉と強力粉を半々程度に混ぜたものです。 私が使っているオーブンでは170度で12分がちょうど良い焼き加減でした。 バターをマーガリンに置き換えても美味しくできました。 ピスタチオはプレーンの殻をむいて100gで良い感じでした! 良いベーキングを!

Unsalted pistachio but you can use also salted pistachio as you like 👍
