Piston Installation-Easiest Way.

Installing the Piston of a single cylinder Engine is Difficult Sometimes. Special Tools comes for installing the piston of multiple cylinder engine but no such special tool comes for installing the piston of a single cylinder Engine. Few Tools are available but they are not that much helpful. Here i developed a special tool from cold drinks bottle,by using which you can install the piston inside the cylinder very very easily.No more worries of piston ring damage.

गुरुजी नमस्ते, मेरी होंडा shine बाइक मे एक ऐसी समस्या है जो कोई ठीक नहीं कर पा रहा है, बाइक का rpm अपने आप घट बढ़ रहा है, accelerator कम करने पर बंद हो जाती है, accelerate करने पर tez हो जाता है और rpm धीरे धीरे कम होता है। कृपया कोई समाधान बताने की कृपा करें.....

Meri honda activa .highway pe chalte chalte band ho gai. Fir jab start krna chaha to. Kick puri trh jaam tha. And fir self start kia to. Bas khat se awaz aai or kch nahi. Motor ghoomane ki awaz gi nahi aa rahi. Kya problem ho gai hai. 1 year se service nahi hui hai . Scooty.

Thanks for reply. Aap bata sakte hai. Kya ki kitna kharcha hoga. Or local service karne wale repair kr sakte hai ya fir service senter le k jana padega. Kyunki mai city se 23 km dur rehta hun.

Depend kaarta hai ki problem kitna aaya hai. Kabhi kabhi spark plug open kaarkai hole sai oil daalnai sai engine free ho jaata hai but kabhi kabhi complete engine open kaarna padta hai. Mostly cylinder kit damage hota hai-Rs 2800 But agar crankshaft bhi damage hai to complete engine open kaarna padegga aur total kharcha 6000 tak aayegga. Engine ka kaam hamesha trusted place sai karayiye .Agar outside koe aapka trusted mechanic hai to wo best hai . agar service centre mai kaarwa raahain hain to subsai senior mechanic sai hin karayiye. Last think ,use good quality Parts. From next time do servicing regularly.

The best way to keep record of oil level is throught OIL LEVEL DIP STICK. You can keep watch over oil level.
