So my fiance who's a Mexican citizen and we live in Matamoros Mexico, well when we go to eat tacos always complains about how much I tip, and I tell her you Mexicans have your traditions and us Americans have ours lol. I tip when it's well deserved. These folks do work hard. 100 degree + heat and they're cooking delicious food with a smile. Amazing people and great food.

I know!!! Tipping culture here in Mexico is not that great... Sometimes it's like "why should I spend more money if I paid what they charged me... if it's not mandatory then there is no reason why I should spend some extra on the tip... " it is a shame...
