Here’s another or tip I learned from some professional butchers Grind it with the large cut first into a meat bin add preferred seasonings mix well by hand then grind again with the small cut You won’t regret this

In wisconsin I love water hunting more than field hunting, but field mallards are pretty awesome. And i prefer ducks, but geese are good too.
