Күн бұрынWell, after many years of using pellet smokers, I finally bought a Pit Boss. sadly, I had to say goodbye to my Pitts and Spitts Maverick 2000. In this video, I just give my first thoughts and some installation tips, as well as some differences between the regular 1600 Elite model.

That drop tray is also your sear option. It’s super convenient when reverse searing.
