Pit Boss Clean Out Mod

Watched a video from 1526 BBQ and put the door in my smoker. I also cut slots in my solid plate to make it like the new ones where I can easily open and shut the sear without taking it apart or poking at the plate with a screwdriver while the smoke is choking and blinding me. Mine doesn't have any stops, it also has a solid sear cover that can be used to regulate the heat along with the pellet feed. So, if you want a bit more heat, open it 1 slot, 2 slots, etc.
