Pit Boss Sierra Griddle Review

Pit Boss Sierra Griddle.
Ceramic coated griddle.
Overview video-Exclusively from Walmart is this Pit Boss Griddle.
Three burners. I love it.
The Sierra model.
I have done multiple cooks on it.
Breakfast cooks, chicken vegetable and tofu fried rice and smash burgers and hibachi so far.
I’m going to post up some videos of recipes I have cooked that came out great.
If you are thinking about it just buy it.

Love the video. What surface temps do you see on your griddle on the high setting? Curious if mine is running cold. Cheers!

I will check next time I use the griddle. Funny you ask because I was curious also about specific temps over the surface. I have an infrared Thermometer. I do notice I have a hot spot about 1/3 in from the far right. Hot spot is about six inches from the back of the griddle and about 6-10 inches from the right.

I never use mine on high but I can tell you at medium on my 2 burner I'll usually get around 400-425

Got mine from Walmart. I just typed in google search Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle Took Kit. They have it on Amazon for 48.26 bucks.

Where are the serial numbers located for warranty registration. Thx in advance

On the bottom shelf there is a factory sticker. It has a small sticker with numbers and letters. That’s your serial number.

What grill cover do you have?

My brand new griddle top has dimples on cook surface from welds underneath and coating on front outside edge flakes off and it's never used..so disappointing

I have seen some complaints about the cooktop finish on one of the Pit Boss facebook groups. It seems like most people are getting them replaced by the manufacturer under warranty.

Odd that you mention the positive of the tool holder, yet you display your tools elsewhere. Are the holders a positive feature or not.

IDK. The holes aren't pre-drilled in my lid for the handle.

That’s odd. I guess you will need to drill the holes. Doesn’t seem like a big deal. Not sure what the IDK is for. The griddle is amazing. Drill the holes and put the handle on. Start cooking.
