I can't get this build to work.. i just can't get my cooldown for fire shield to be low enough. Maybe it's just because I don't have the unique hat or gloves yet?

how does firewall fit into this? I cant see what the reason for wearing flameweaver (other than + to firebolt) or spending skill points on firewall :/ can you enlighten me?

firewall is there because of flameweaver, its the core of the build

Why do you have Icy touch in your skill tree? The only cold damage you deal comes from Frost Bolt but that damage could not be high, as you purely use it to proc Tal Rasha and Chilling.
