Well, I'm sorry but at the end of the day he was the one that got on the Motorcycle and drove off while being drunk and having his wife beg him not too. It was 100% his fault and it doesn't matter what was going on tbf. Yes he was a nice guy and a talented artist we all know that but it wasn't a 'Tragedy' it was a drunken mistake which unfortunately cost him his life and his Daughter her father.

But he should've known what would happen, because he was an alcoholic. He SHOULD. When he wanted to go out to ride his motorcycle, his wife warned him and begged him not to go.
