Yankees fan, Roger? I am born and raised from Boston so I had to call you out! :) Another great video, thanks.

Retromullet...with a name like that I thought you were Australian...the reason I've got that hat is that last week it was very sunny and I was going to a shoot so I bought that hat ...I guess you are not a Yankees fan... stay well and good to hear from you!

Another great video in layman terms. I purchased a Browning Pro Trap and I'm not sure how the adjustable comb should be an advantage. Can you have a video on that.

Jerry...there is a video I've done titled "adjusting the stock" that should cover your question...if not let me know...stay well

first to view and comment.. will give that a go, thanks for the tip. I've recently purchased a 692. still getting used to it, I've dropped from an average of 18 - 20 using club guns to 5 (clean) if I'm lucky

Garry ...that was quick...692 is a nice gun...I'm like you... still getting used to the gun.

Hi Roger, I corresponded with you on another of your videos. I shoot olympic trap and am the heavy built type. I need to lean slightly forward when I mount the gun and effectively it is shooting where I look. However my back hurts after a few rounds. I was thinking that if I increase my pitch then i would not have to lean forward and therefore obtain a more natural stance and reduce back pain. Am I reasoning correctly? Will this affect my shooting point? Thanks Simon
@rogerpace93227 жыл бұрын
simonbon...changing the pitch of your gun can affect your point of impact...if you want a more upright stance there are two things you can try...if you add a shim pad to the top of your recoil pad that will force your gun down allowing you to have a more upright stance...a higher rib gun will also give you a more upright stance...i think your reasoning is correct so try the extra pitch . I'll be interested to see how you go.

Hi Roger....i will be trying a higher rib gun soon. will let you know how it goes. Cheers.

@ 1:35 we can't see sh--t about your barrels / camera way too close. Demonstrating while sitting in a chair is OK IF you shoot your ducks sitting in a duck blind or boat, but if we are talking about walk up shooting NOT SO MUCH. On balance a lot of valid comments, sorry if my critiques are too direct but you have a lot of knowledge to share if you improve the quality of your presentation it will be easier for us .

CR Rains...i agree with the points you make but im not set up to do any fancy videoing...i use an iphone on a little tripod...and the problem is if i move around or get too far away the audio quality goes down...good on you and thanks for watching!
